With Shadowed all you needed to do was to copy those 2 files over while WoW was closed. Since Shadowed supports profiles to begin with, no file editing should be done. Once back in game, just load the profile you created on your other account. Use luna unit frames. Basically the same but still updated and does buff/debuff with timers and omnicc. SUF is being updated as well as far as i understand.
